HEALTH INSURANCE

If you have health insurance and you wish to claim for your osteopathic treatment fees, you must first telephone your insurance provider and confirm with them that you are covered and ask them to explain how they require you to activate and process your claim for osteopathic treament fees.

Most insurance providers will require a referral letter from your G.P. so please do check first !

Christine Lister is registered with all the major health insurance providers including BUPA and AXA PPP.

Ania Malaczynska is registered with most of the major health insurance providers but not yet with BUPA and AXA PPP.

If you are insured with BUPA or AXA PPP you will need to see Christine.

For all our patients coming for treatment under the terms of their health insurance, we request payment from our patients for the treatment received. We then issue Receipts for that  treatment which our patients submit to their insurer for reimbursement/claim settlement.
